We may collect information from third-party services, such as advertising partners or analytics providers.

We may automatically collect information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, geolocation-related data, operating system, browser type, and cookies for system administration and aggregated reporting to advertisers.

The Platform uses cookies to distinguish you from other users and may include third-party cookies to enable features or functionality. Where We Store Your Data

Your Data may be transferred to and stored outside Singapore and processed by staff working for us or our third-party suppliers, including the Platform developer, who may be located outside Singapore. These staff may handle Platform maintenance, product or service delivery, payment processing, or support services.

By submitting your Data, you consent to its transfer, storage, or processing as described in paragraph 6. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your Data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

Uses Made of the Information

We may collect, use, and process your Data for the following purposes (collectively, the "Purposes"):

  2. To facilitate your use of Platform services or access.

  10. For purposes for which you provided the information.
  11. For activities related to providing our products or services.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your Data to our group entities (subsidiaries, ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries, as defined in the Companies Act 1967) for business operations and administration aligned with the Purposes.

We may disclose your Data to third parties:

  1. For the Purposes outlined above.
  2. To provide requested products or services or fulfill contractual obligations.
  3. To service providers, suppliers, agents, or organizations contracted for the Purposes.

  5. If Onvo or its assets are acquired, where customer Data is a transferred asset.

We are not liable for unauthorized disclosure or use of your Data by third parties, though we strive to ensure third parties adhere to strict data protection standards.

By providing your Data, you consent to its collection, use, disclosure, and/or transfer for the Purposes.

Before providing others’ Data, inform them that our collection, use, and disclosure are solely for the Purposes. You are responsible for ensuring their consent and must provide proof of such consent upon our request. By providing their Data, you warrant their consent to our practices.

You may withdraw consent for Data use or disclosure by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer. Withdrawal may impact your transactions or interactions with us, and we will inform you of the consequences. Withdrawal does not affect our legal rights or remedies.

Your Rights

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., partners, advertisers). These websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before submitting Data.

Accuracy

We aim to base decisions on accurate and timely Data. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current Data and informing us of changes.

Access and Correction

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access your Data. Access requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee to cover our costs, as per our current rates.

To correct or update your Data, notify us in writing or update it directly on the Platform where applicable.

We will respond to access requests within 30 days. If unable to respond within this period, we will notify you of the expected response time. If we cannot provide your Data, we will explain why, unless not required by the PDPA.

We will share Data updates with third parties or affiliates with whom your Data was shared, if still necessary for the Purposes.

Retention of Data

We retain your Data only as long as necessary for its collection purpose or as required by law. We will cease retention or anonymize Data when it no longer serves its purpose or legal/business needs.

Third parties (e.g., suppliers) may retain your Data, but we do not authorize retention for unauthorized purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party retention beyond the Purposes.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified via email.
