Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether individually or on behalf of an entity ("User", "you"), and Onvo Pte. Ltd., located at 160 Robinson Road #14-04, Singapore 068914 ("Onvo", "we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of the Onvo website (https://onvo.com) and related applications and services (the "Site"). The Site provides services for the direct and indirect sale, resale, and intermediation of selected airline flight reservations and tickets (the "Service"). By accessing the Site or Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site or Service and must discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms and Conditions by posting changes on the Site, effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. General Conditions

1. Your use of the Site or Service, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing the Site through your internet connection comply with these Terms. You may not assign, sublicense, or transfer your rights under these Terms.
2. If you do not consent to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site or Service and leave the Site.
3. All information on the Site is provided in English. By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the Site in English, and Onvo is not responsible for translation or misunderstandings due to language.
4. Our Privacy Policy (https://onvo.com/privacy-policy) governs how we process personal data collected from you or provided by you. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
5. Onvo operates the Site from Singapore and makes no representation that the Site or its services are appropriate or available in your location. You agree not to link to the Site from a website not operated by us without our prior written consent.

Onvo accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal.

3. Obligations of the User

1. You must not use the Site or Service for unlawful purposes, copy or monitor the Site using automated mechanisms (e.g., robots, spiders), attempt unauthorized access (e.g., hacking), test for vulnerabilities, or transmit viruses.
2. You specifically agree:
   1. Not to violate Onvo’s or third parties’ rights through use of the Site or Service. If a third-party claim arises due to your actions, you must address and satisfy valid claims and reimburse Onvo for any related expenses, per applicable law.
   2. Not to engage in prohibited actions, including impersonating others, using the Site for unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes, or attempting to access accounts or credentials unlawfully.
   3. Not to misuse the Site or Service to violate IATA or airline rules, including making fraudulent, duplicate, speculative, or fictitious bookings.
   4. To use the Site or Service only for genuine flight bookings or reservations intended for actual travel, with flexibility to amend plans within a 48-hour grace period.
   5. Not to use the Site or Service solely to obtain visa approvals without intending to use the booked flight reservation.
3. You must be 16 years or older to use the Site or Service. By accessing the Site or Service, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older, have the authority to agree to these Terms, and will use the Site or Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Onvo’s Rights

Onvo reserves the right to:

1. Block your or third parties’ access to the Site without notice.
2. Conduct maintenance or updates to ensure the Site’s functionality without notice.
3. Request a copy of your personal ID to verify age or legal capacity.
4. Monitor activities and cancel fraudulent, duplicate, speculative, or fictitious reservations, potentially resulting in account restrictions or legal action.
